Tolbook è un'app per la gestione di un'attività di toelettatura per cani e gatti (anagrafica animali e proprietari, appuntamenti, foto). Questa informativa spiega quali dati vengono trattati e come.

In sintesi: i dati che inserisci (animali, proprietari, foto) restano solo sul tuo dispositivo. Nulla viene inviato ai nostri server — non ne abbiamo. Le uniche eccezioni sono funzioni che attivi tu volontariamente (backup su Google Drive) e la pubblicità che finanzia l'app gratuita.

1. Dati che inserisci nell'app (clienti e animali)

Nome/cognome e telefono dei proprietari, nome/specie/razza/note/data ultimo appuntamento e foto degli animali: tutto salvato in un database locale sul tuo dispositivo (SQLite). Questi dati non vengono mai trasmessi a noi né a terzi durante il normale utilizzo dell'app. Sei tu l'unico responsabile del trattamento di questi dati verso i tuoi clienti (in qualità di titolare per la tua attività).

2. Backup locale (facoltativo)

Puoi esportare i tuoi dati in un file .zip che salvi/condividi dove preferisci (es. una cartella sul telefono scelta da te, o tramite la condivisione di sistema Android). Questo file resta sotto il tuo pieno controllo; l'app non lo invia altrove.

3. Backup su Google Drive (facoltativo)

Se attivi questa funzione, effettui l'accesso con il tuo account Google (tramite Google Sign-In): l'app riceve email, nome e foto del profilo Google per riconoscere l'account collegato. Il file di backup (contenente i dati di animali e proprietari) viene caricato in una cartella "Tolbook" all'interno del tuo Google Drive personale — non su un server nostro. L'app usa un permesso ristretto (Google Drive "solo file dell'app": vede esclusivamente i file che crea lei, non l'intero tuo Drive). Puoi disattivare questa funzione ed eliminare i file in ogni momento dalla tua app Google Drive.

4. Pubblicità (Google AdMob)

Tolbook è gratuita e si finanzia mostrando annunci pubblicitari tramite Google AdMob. Per mostrare e misurare gli annunci, Google può raccogliere identificativi pubblicitari del dispositivo e altri dati tecnici, secondo la privacy policy di Google e le relative informative sui partner pubblicitari. Non condividiamo con AdMob alcun dato dei tuoi clienti/animali: quei dati restano nel database locale, separato dal modulo pubblicitario.

5. Cosa NON facciamo

  • Non vendiamo i tuoi dati né quelli dei tuoi clienti a nessuno.
  • Non usiamo strumenti di analytics/tracciamento del comportamento oltre a quanto richiesto dal servizio pubblicitario AdMob.
  • Non abbiamo un server dove i tuoi dati vengono normalmente inviati o conservati.

6. Conservazione e cancellazione dei dati

I dati locali restano sul dispositivo finché non li elimini dall'app o disinstalli l'app stessa. I backup su Google Drive restano nel tuo Drive finché non li elimini tu.

Come richiedere la cancellazione dei tuoi dati (Tolbook), passo per passo:

  1. Singolo animale o proprietario: apri l'app Tolbook, trova la scheda nella lista Animali/Proprietari ed eliminala (swipe sulla riga, oppure pulsante Elimina nella scheda).
  2. Tutti i dati salvati sul dispositivo: disinstalla l'app Tolbook dal telefono — il database locale viene rimosso insieme all'app.
  3. Backup su Google Drive: apri l'app Google Drive, entra nella cartella "Tolbook" ed elimina i file di backup; puoi anche revocare in ogni momento l'accesso di Tolbook al tuo account Google da myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  4. Assistenza: per qualsiasi domanda o richiesta relativa alla cancellazione dei tuoi dati, scrivi a tolbook.support@gmail.com.

7. Minori

Tolbook è uno strumento professionale per attività di toelettatura, non è rivolto a minori.

8. I tuoi diritti

Poiché i dati restano sul tuo dispositivo sotto il tuo controllo diretto, hai già accesso completo, possibilità di modifica, esportazione e cancellazione in ogni momento tramite le funzioni dell'app stessa (schede animale/proprietario, backup/ripristino, impostazioni). Per qualsiasi domanda su questa informativa puoi scrivere a tolbook.support@gmail.com.

Tolbook is an app for managing a dog/cat grooming business (pet and owner records, appointments, photos). This policy explains what data is processed and how.

In short: the data you enter (pets, owners, photos) stays only on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers — we don't have any. The only exceptions are features you turn on yourself (Google Drive backup) and the ads that fund the free app.

1. Data you enter in the app (clients and pets)

Owners' name/surname and phone number, pets' name/species/breed/notes/last appointment date and photos: all stored in a local database on your device (SQLite). This data is never transmitted to us or to third parties during normal use of the app. You are solely responsible, as data controller for your own business, for this data with respect to your clients.

2. Local backup (optional)

You can export your data as a .zip file that you save/share wherever you prefer (e.g. a folder on your phone that you choose, or via Android's system share sheet). This file stays under your full control; the app never sends it elsewhere on its own.

3. Google Drive backup (optional)

If you enable this feature, you sign in with your Google account (via Google Sign-In): the app receives your Google account's email, name and profile photo to recognize the linked account. The backup file (containing pet and owner data) is uploaded to a "Tolbook" folder inside your own personal Google Drive — not to a server we operate. The app uses a restricted Google Drive scope ("app files only": it can only see files it created itself, not your whole Drive). You can disable this feature and delete the files at any time from your own Google Drive app.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Tolbook is free and is funded by showing ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device advertising identifiers and other technical data, per Google's privacy policy and related advertising partner disclosures. We do not share any of your clients'/pets' data with AdMob: that data stays in the local database, separate from the advertising module.

5. What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your data or your clients' data to anyone.
  • We do not use behavioral analytics/tracking tools beyond what's required by the AdMob advertising service.
  • We do not have a server where your data is normally sent or stored.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data stays on your device until you delete it from the app or uninstall the app. Google Drive backups remain in your Drive until you delete them yourself.

How to request deletion of your Tolbook data, step by step:

  1. A single pet or owner: open the Tolbook app, find the record in the Pets/Owners list and delete it (swipe on the row, or the Delete button on the record's page).
  2. All data stored on the device: uninstall the Tolbook app from your phone — the local database is removed together with the app.
  3. Google Drive backup: open the Google Drive app, go to the "Tolbook" folder and delete the backup files; you can also revoke Tolbook's access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  4. Support: for any question or request about deleting your data, write to tolbook.support@gmail.com.

7. Children

Tolbook is a professional tool for grooming businesses and is not directed at children.

8. Your rights

Since your data stays on your device under your direct control, you already have full access, the ability to edit, export and delete it at any time through the app's own features (pet/owner records, backup/restore, settings). For any question about this policy, write to tolbook.support@gmail.com.
